Are you one of those guys that are always giving support to your friends remotely through your PC? If so, then change your software that you are using now and use the TeamViewer.
 TeamViewer is a free application only for personal use and it allows you to connect to another PC over the web remotely and don’t worry about firewalls, because it can be connected through firewalls. It’s a very user-friendly application, I think is better than VNC. TeamViewer has only 1.60MB and you don’t need administration privileges to install it, well, no installation is required.
